Note: I use paint.net since I’m a cheapskate, so can’t say anything about other apps.

1. Select an area. (Don’t mind the pixelization; I simply zoomed the hell in.)

2. Fill it with your color of choice.

3. Go to Distort->Dents.

4. Mess around with these top two guys… (yes I know it’s in Russian, but they’re probably in the same order in other languages)

5. Tada!

6. Enjoy your cheap and cheerful Siren tats.

And remember: we don’t say the word “consistency” in this household.
